Sometimes anger is a good thing. It says, “Enough! This is NOT acceptable anymore.” Once you really feel that message inside the core of your being, you become empowered and your actions automatically follow suit, eliminating that which is not acceptable anymore.
Otherwise, if you can’t allow yourself to be angry, then there is a part of you that thinks it is OK to allow that negative thing to continue happening.
